When friends ask me what business school was really about, I usually laugh and say: frameworks.
Not networking (though that’s great). Not late-night case prep (though there’s plenty of that). The thing you actually take with you, the thing that changes how you look at every problem, is a set of mental frameworks.
Over fifteen months, I ended up collecting them all: strategy tools, marketing models, finance lenses, innovation playbooks, operations maps.
Eventually, I realized I had turned it into a 100-page guide. So instead of letting it sit on my laptop, I figured I’d share it.
If you’ve ever been curious what MBAs actually learn (beyond the buzzwords), this is the distilled version. No tuition required.
